Do you offer any experiences?
We are permitted to provide the following options to our guests.
- Get to know our gregarious parrots during one of our keeper led bird chats!
- Join our Tortoise Encounter for an unforgettable interactive learning experience, feeding session, and photo opportunity with these gentle reptiles—perfect for ages 8 and up! This experience can only be booked in our gift shop on the day of your visit.
- Get up close with a king or queen of the savannah during a lion feeding at a cost of $100 per person per pound of food, $150 for 2 persons splitting the food supply. (Please be advised that due to federal laws and regulations, that there is no direct contact with the lion).
* You are able to book add on animal experiences when booking your tickets online in advance or when you purchase your tickets in our ticket booth on the day of your visit.
Can my child ride a skateboard, bicycle, or scooter?
For the safety of our animals and our guests, we do not allow bikes, skates, skateboards, hoverboards or Segways. Children with disabilities may ride scooters for transportation.
Will strollers or wagons fit on the walkways throughout the property?
Yes.
Are weapons allowed on property?
We do not allow weapons on property per NRS 207.200.
Is there a lot of walking required?
At the Lion Habitat Ranch, you don’t have to walk for miles. You can experience the full park In less than half a mile! Additionally we have seating throughout the property if you do want to sit down for a bit.
