Roar for Resilience at the Lion Habitat Ranch
May 23 @ 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
Join us for Roar for Resilience on May 23rd from 10am–2pm (last admission at 1pm) as we partner with Roarrrrr Inc. and Henderson Libraries to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month with a special focus on children’s mental health.
This uplifting event will feature kid‑friendly activities designed to help children explore their strengths, build confidence, and learn about healthy emotional support in a fun, lion‑themed way. Guests can participate in creative reflection activities, including a “Lion Strength” project and “I am brave like a lion because…” cards that will come together in a poster board displaying courage and resilience.
Families can also enjoy story time, gentle educational moments, and opportunities to learn about emotional wellbeing while visiting the lions and other animals who call the ranch home.
We look forward to roaring for resilience together and creating a supportive, empowering day for kids and families.
