Celebrate Halloween with us at the Lion Habitat Ranch during a limited 3-day event:

11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Last admission at 2:00 PM)
Our mane man Benny the lion and his animal friends are ready to welcome you for a spooktacular celebration filled with fun, learning, and Halloween cheer!
Admission Pricing
- $25 for non-local guests
- $20 for local guests
- One adult ticket includes one child under 14 for free
- Children 4 and under are always free
Tickets available online at lionhabitatranch.org or at the gate.
Only tickets purchased through our website or ticket booth are valid. Resale/secondhand tickets will not be accepted.
Halloween Highlights
- Halloween-themed enrichment for our animals throughout the day
- Trick-or-Treat stations (stationary and roaming!)
- One piece of candy per station
- For children 14 and under, while supplies last
- Costume Guidelines:
- No costume masks or weapons for guests 14+
- Masks for children must allow clear visibility
- All costumes must be family-friendly
- Trick-or-Treat Bags:
- Help us reduce waste—bring your own bag!
- Forgot yours? Reusable Lion Habitat Ranch bags available in our gift shop
Daily Costume Contest
Join us at noon near the jeep with Rock the lion for a costume contest!
Winner receives a guest lion feeding experience or tortoise encounter (our winner’s choice)!
Scavenger Hunt
Explore the ranch and learn about extinction and conservation through our interactive scavenger hunt.
Pick up your hunt sheet in the gift shop and return it completed for a small prize!
Photo Ops
Snap the perfect seasonal shot at our Halloween-themed photo stations!
Special Appearance – November 1st Only!
Henderson Libraries will be joining us with Leo the Library Truck—stop by for stories, smiles, and a little extra magic during your visit!
Day of the Dead Celebration – November 2nd
We’ll be honoring Día de los Muertos with themed enrichment and activities.
