Did you know that socks are the #1 most requested clothing item in shelters? October is the time of year to really focus on this need. As the temperatures begin to drop, yes, they WILL drop, the need for socks drastically increases. Help “KILL THE CHILL” by donating socks for the Las Vegas Rescue Mission. This helps those in need with this simple gesture that makes an immediate impact on your local community.
- Bring a pair of NEW socks to Massage Envy, Chino’s Mexican Kitchen, Lion Habitat Ranch, or Galaxy Theatres at the Cannery and you will be entered into a drawing to receive a 4 pack of VIP tickets to the Asylum & Hotel Fear!! You will receive ONE entry into the drawing for EACH pair of socks you donate!
- Even if you are too scared to actually go through the attractions, (there are some people) you can still help your local community and donate socks!
- Please purchase NEW socks, preferably with the tags holding them together.
- Remember how socks escape in your dryer? Imagine a separated sock in a SEA of socks!
- Due to sanitary reasons, used socks cannot be accepted.
